PS033 – Make the crossing by Barclays bank pedestrian priority

The high street area should be a pleasant and safe one for pedestrians.  By making this crossing have pedestrian priority traffic lights it will signal an important message to vehicle drivers to be more aware of pedestrians. This has been done in Glasgow.
